    The Everyday Fitness Routine!

    Fitness is part of my daily routine. Not a huge kickass workout, just moving and staying healthy. Because life with kids is constantly changing, so is the way I work out. I use the term “work out” loosely, because it means different things to different people. For me, working out means getting exercise….that might be a bike ride with my kids, pushing them to school in the double stroller, or swimming laps. OR, or even just cleaning my house and running up and down the stairs 15 times! Pre-divorce, when my kids were 3 and under, I was mostly walking. Once I split from my husband, I had two pockets…
